My thoughts
When I read the first few pages of the book I knew it was going to be good. I checked Goodreads The prologue gives a great foreshadow for what the book is about, the book always refers back to it. The plot twists are very unexpected. The prologue is written in third person, while the rest of the books are written in first. I was not a fan of this. It confused me in the first book, and I just didn't see the point. But, it was a small annoyance
The main character ,Jude, Is such a brave and strong character who can stand on her own to feet, take care of herself, and defeat her enemies but her sister Taryn on the other hand, is almost the complete Opposite, She craves the approval of others relies on them to fight her battles. Then there is Vivienne she's Jude and Taryns half sister, she is half-fearie and half-human. She's a bit of a rule breaker but she knows how to have fun. To some up the characters personalities, Taryn breaks herself to fit the mold but Jude breaks the mold to fit her and Vivienne fits the mold but doesn't want to. I seen this somewhere and I was like I LOVE this because it perfectly explains them as characters.
5 stars for me
